Each seasonal box includes 5-8 ethically made, sustainably sourced, cruelty free products. You will find a combination of products from home goods to beauty to jewellery and more. We take great care in finding brands that you will be glad to support as well as focus on products that you will actually want to use. In every box we include an eco-friendly swap as well as feature a Canadian artist.
How does a pay quarterly subscription work?
When you select a seasonal subscription and opt to pay quarterly you will be charged $99.95 + tax and shipping at the time of purchase for your first seasonal box. After that, you will be automatically charged a renewal fee of $99.95 + tax and shipping on the 1st of each seasonal month for each seasonal box. Boxes ship in June, September, December and March. How does an annual prepay subscription work?
Save 5% by paying up front with an annual subscription. For one payment of $379.81 + tax and shipping, you will receive 4 seasonal boxes each filled with 5-8 full sized products. Boxes ship in June, September, December and March. Your subscription will automatically renew each year on your original date of purchase. Our full terms of service can be found here.

We ship our seasonal boxes each quarter. Boxes typically take between 3-9 business days to arrive.

Do you offer international shipping?
We are excited to share that we now offer international shipping to the USA.
What do you charge for shipping?
We offer flat rate $15 shipping in Canada and the USA. Please note: customers are responsible for customs fees or duties that may be incurred with international orders.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
While we would love to be able to offer free shipping that is not currently feasible for us as a small business. Right now we offer flat rate shipping ($15 for Canadian and USA orders), on average our subscription box costs between $20-30 to ship. The flat rate shipping fee helps us to cover this cost and supports us in ensuring all boxes are packaged in the most eco-friendly way possible!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All box purchases and sale items are final sale. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information on our cancellation policy. If you receive a box that is damaged or if any products are damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a photo of the damaged box and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.
You can return or exchange eligible full price items* purchased on The Good Lane for a refund or store credit, so long as you get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We want to make sure you are happy and loving each item!
