What is in each box? 

Each seasonal box includes 5-8 ethically made, sustainably sourced, cruelty free products. You will find a combination of products from home goods to beauty to jewellery and more. We take great care in finding brands that you will be glad to support as well as focus on products that you will actually want to use. In every box we include an eco-friendly swap as well as feature a Canadian artist. 

How does a seasonal subscription work? 

When you select a seasonal subscription you will be charged $85 + tax at the time of purchase for your first seasonal box. After that, you will be automatically charged a renewal fee of $85 + tax on the 1st of each seasonal month for each seasonal box. Boxes ship in June, September, December and March. You can save $5 per box when you sign up for a seasonal subscription. Our full terms of service can be found here

How does an annual subscription work? 

For one payment of $323 + tax you will receive 4 seasonal boxes each filled with 5-8 full sized products - plus shipping is included! Boxes ship in June, September, December and March. Save 5% by paying up front with an annual subscription. Our full terms of service can be found here.

When will the box arrive?

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time we are only able to ship within Canada. However we’d love to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned! 

What do you charge for shipping? 

For a one off box purchase shipping is a flat rate of $10. For any subscription we offer free Canada wide shipping! 

Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

Boxes are final sale. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information on our cancellation policy. If you receive a box that is damaged or if any products are damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box at hello@thegoodlane.com. Please attach a photo of the damaged box and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Help! I never received my box. 

Please notify us if there is any issue with the delivery of your package and we will work with our shipping provider to find a solution. Please note, we do not assume any responsibility for postal delays. 

How can I cancel my subscription?
