Shipping 

We offer flat rate $12 shipping in Canada and the USA (USA shipping currently on pause due to ongoing Tariff updates - we hope to be back shipping soon!) and free shipping on all marketplace orders over $100. With some items, free letter mail shipping may be available (this will show as an option at checkout). Please note that letter mail shipping does NOT include tracking or insurance and we are not responsible in the event that your order is lost. 

Please note: customers are responsible for customs fees or duties that may be incurred with international orders. 

Orders are sent out within 1-2 days of purchasing via Canada Post or Courier and are sent with tracking (unless letter mail non tracking is selected) and are typically delivered in 3-9 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. 

Please verify all of your information before submitting your order. Ensure you include unit numbers when applicable and check that your email address is correct. The Good Lane is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser. 

Please notify us if there is any issue with the delivery of your package and we will work with you and our shipping provider to find a solution. Please note, we do not assume any responsibility for postal delays. 

Local Delivery and Pickup 

We offer local delivery in Cochrane, Alberta — free for orders over $35, or $10 for smaller orders.

In Calgary, for the months of November and December, you can also pick up your order at Heartprint Threads (4034 4 St SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2W3). This will show as an option at checkout and you will be emailed when your order is ready for pick up.
