Shipping Information

We offer flat rate $15 shipping in Canada and the USA and free shipping on all marketplace orders over $125. Please note, subscription box purchases do not count toward our free shipping threshold. We also offer local delivery in Cochrane, Alberta. Update: we are currently offering free local delivery in Cochrane on all orders over $35. If you're a seasonal box subscriber your box will be delivered each season - March, June, September & December. Orders are delivered on Monday and Thursday each week. Please note: customers are responsible for customs fees or duties that may be incurred with international orders. 

Non-subscription orders are sent out within 1-2 days of purchasing via Canada Post and are sent with tracking and are typically delivered in 3-9 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. To see details on when seasonal subscription boxes are shipped please visit our Terms of Service. 

Please verify all of your information before submitting your order. Ensure you include unit numbers when applicable and check that your email address is correct. The Good Lane is not liable for orders that are delivered to the wrong address because of an error submitted by the purchaser. 

Please notify us if there is any issue with the delivery of your package and we will work with you and our shipping provider to find a solution. Please note, we do not assume any responsibility for postal delays.
