Shipping

We offer flat rate $15 shipping on Canada and USA orders. Orders over $125 ship free! Free local delivery in Cochrane is available when you spend $35 or more.  

Non subscription orders are sent out within 1-2 days of purchasing via Canada Post and are sent with tracking and are typically delivered in 3-9 business days. For additional details please visit our shipping information page.

Returns

You can return or exchange eligible full price items* purchased on The Good Lane for a refund or store credit, so long as you get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We want to make sure you are happy and loving each item! For additional detail please read our return and exchange policy.

Great products, and when my first order arrived with a defect I received a swift response and resolution. Was given as a gift and they loved it. Would absolutely be interested in purchasing again for Christmas next year.

I received some wonderful wool gloves but it is April so they just didn't seem too exciting.
