Return and Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange eligible full-price items* purchased on The Good Lane for a refund or store credit, so long as you get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We want to make sure you are happy and love each item! 

You can email us at hello@thegoodlane.com with your order # and details on the item you'd like to return in the message. A full refund will be issued once the returned is received. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must first be pre-approved by us. 

All returns and exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags to be eligible for return. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for returned items that have been used or show signs of visible wear. 

The Good Lane does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If the tracking number shows as delivered but you haven't received the package please first check with your postal carrier and neighbours. Often the issue is a mis-delivery. If the package cannot be located you may file a claim with the shipping service (Canada Post, UPS etc.). 

Damaged or incorrect shipments will be refunded in full with proof of damage either via photographs or item return. Damaged items requiring returns will have return shipping costs refunded by The Good Lane.

Final Sale Items & Subscription Boxes* 

All subscription box purchases and sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchange. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information on our subscription cancellation policy. If you receive a box that is damaged or if any products are damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box at hello@thegoodlane.com. Please attach a photo of the damaged box and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.
